Shocking service comparable to Telkom - infuriating

Old mutual is unbelievably shocking! They make you jump through so many hoops to withdraw money that is rightfully yours. It’s a complete red tape **** operating under the guise of “security”. I intend to withdraw all my policies from them immediately. Terrible service online especially via email. Also waited on the phone for 45 minutes, and the consultant Told me they were not authorized to call me back. After all the years I’ve been with them and all the money I’ve invested.
