Shocking service

Have been trying for months to get my late husbands policy paid out. Cannot get anyone who actually knows what is happening. They apparently want to interview me but no one calls & I cannot get the number of the actual person dealing with it from anyone. Also emails get ignored. My attorney has also tried with no luck. I wonder if Old Mutual actually have the funds to pay anyone out? Total lack of concern or empathy. I have been calling them daily & get told someone will definitely call back but it never happens. My own policy will be moved as fast as I can.
