Shocking lack of customer service
Having submitted a policy for payment, which they guarantee to pay out within 21 days, I have been kept holding on the call centre line for 30 minutes then given the run around. I have received emails assuring me payment will be done urgently but to no avail!!! 47 days later I am still waiting! Investor Beware when you take out any Old Mutual Policies!!!!
