SHOCKED- REALLY BAD SERVICE

I app**** online for a Loan from Old Mutual- got pre approved and they requested me the next day for bank statements from my bank- after sending them a numerous pages of bank statements, they were still not happy with the format, I then went into Old Mutual on Saturday to finalize my loan but they advised me they still require my payslip- that I sent yesterday, I have not received any feedback on the outcome- I am the client- why do I need to follow up if they want the business??? This is extremely bad service that I have received!
