Been trying for almost two weeks now to get assistance regarding my provident fund. Went to the nearest branch and was told they can't help me because they do not deal with superfund queries. I should call the head office. Which I did. But everytime I call I'll either wait on the line for about 30 minutes waiting to be transferred and If do. They send me from pillar to post which is so annoying really. The company I used to work for sent me the superfund forms from old mutual. So I don't understand why I still can't be helped. I'm very disappointed with their level of service. Atleast had they told what to do instead of making me run around like a headless chicken
