Sheer incompetence by Old Mutual

I submitted my Superfund withdrawal claim to Old Mutual via my employer days before I left the company I was working for. After several delays, I decided to take matters into my own hands. To this day, I still haven't received my money and I can't believe the sheer incompetence that Old Mutual displayed in handling this withdrawal claim. They even failed to get a tax directive done correctly even when the form I submitted to them stated exactly how funds needed to be transferred.
