Shannon Wentzel has been very helpful in resolving my issue of unauthorised activity and has been in constant communication with me, giving me a positive experience and as a result I will recommend and even sign up for Old mutual in the future based on my wonderful experience with her. She is very responsive and makes sure to hear my concerns and assures me that everything will be sorted. One of the premiums has been paid and I am being assured that the March premium will also be paid pending a review.
