Severe illness claim

What ever you do, don’t take any insurance with Old Mutual. I have a life cover with Old Mutual that has a severe illness benefit included in it. I started the claims process last year December and by February 2024 all the documents they were requesting were submitted. Since then until today they have not paid instead they keep on requesting the same documents that were submitted long ago. If I don’t call for a follow up there is no communication from their side. Then the is this person who happens to be my financial advisor who was supposed to be assisting me she is just ignoring my calls.

Old Mutual takes the cup of being the worst business to deal with🤞🏽
