Settlement payments

To get a answer regarding a divorce payout is absolutely exhausting. Your call center employees are rude and unhelpful. All I do is get placed on hold. Your stupid voice over lady keep saying "we know how important your time is".... Like do you actually know? More importantly my airtime is just as important. My documents were submitted on 13/05 and still no reply, no answers - nothing!!! To think I am a client myself with you, its shocking. I want feedback today!!!
