Setllement paid

<p>I will never in the future be doing any business with Old Mutual.I have more the 1 year ago paid up a loan with them according to a settlement quote that i ask for.I paid the ammount the settlement quote stated on the same day as i received it and now more the a year later i get a message saying my account ahs been handed over due to funds outstanding on it.</p> <p> </p> <p>This completely frustrates me as i was told 9 months ago after receiving a call from them that they will look into my issue and then get back to my,and to this day i am still waiting.So now i have to pay an additional R700 that is apparently outstanding on my account just because i was told that there could have been n problem with the settlement ammount and that it may not have been calculated correctly.I mean really now they make their problem mine.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will advise anyone who is every thinking of using Old Mutual,that they please do not make the same mistake i did and use their services.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
