Service Sucks

I submitted a claim on the 04.10.2021 via branch in Somerset Mall, it's was cancelation on my retirement. The lady told me that it would take 15 working days. Today on the ‪19. 10.2021‬ when i call to check on the status of this claim i am told its still with processing dept. it has not yet been sent to pricing dept so for the past 11 days the claim is still with the same department, how rediculous is that.
