I have logged a query for my sister for cash back on her policy in February and Thandiwe requested documents from me to process the query however to date my sister did not receive any money and now thandiwe is ignoring my emails when I try to get hold of her. I was promised pay out 24 March and then suddenly we had to send additional documents but still with no feedback im very disappointed and its people like this that tarnish a companies reputation because my sister is going to cancel her policy because of one persons incompetence
