Service providers don't pay out claims

Old Mutual refused to honor their contract (Green Light Care For U) with me.

A Summons was issued to them, in return Old Mutual provided the High Court with a false medical certificate to have judgment set aside.This false certificates Old Mutual then sent around to other service providers resulting in non payment and termination of my contracts once again. The doctor MS Nalla who provided Old Mutual with the certificate was reported to the Medical Health Counsel. I informed Old Mutual to Investigate why Dr. MS Nalla would complete false Information to them. I did an investigation myself and discovered that the Dr. MS Nalla was in prison when my injury occurred in November 2009. My monthly premium was deducted for 9 months when Old Mutual decided to terminated my contract. Leaving me without cover to support my daily living.

Ten years later Old Mutual decided to investigate Dr. MS Nalla the finding confirmed that the medical certificate was falsely completed. However the Dr. MS Nalla was at their disposal before the Green Light Policy commenced. My conclusion is that Old Mutual is an ************* service provider who refuses to honor their contracts and finds any means necessary not to pay their clients.

Old Mutual eventually started paying out however only the Policy was settled and not costs as per the Summons. In a time frame of 10 years.

In the event I had not taken Old Mutual to the court of law and been relentless in my pursuit for my money Old Mutual would not have made any attempt to make payment.

I will give further feedback after the court hearing. My attorney has been waiting since 2002 for a trail date to resolve this matter.
