service not up to standard as promised

Greetings<br> I have a problem with old mutual employees with the unfair service they gave me when I closed my savings account. They promised me that my money will be payed in my account within seven working days(which didn't't happen). <br> I called them on the seventh day after closing and not receiving my money, they at their call centre told me that my account was still active and not taking to escalations. I just don't like how they make empty promises to their clients. I need this matter resolved urgently. <br> <br> I am very disappointed in Old Mutual Employees.
