Service Not Consistent

I dealt with other consultants that have been really helpful in assisting me with a loan application but I didn't get any joy or would like to say the service I received from Tarryn was the same. I believe she never even considered or looked into my details. I had previous experiences with other consultant that would call me and we would go through the application together i.e. my expenses and all the details on my statements. I do qualify to get the loan. I called to get clarity why we didn't go through the application together, she advised me that this was her credit departments decision. <br> <br> I still believe that I do qualify and would like one of the managers to call me because the feedback is biased. The website gave me an offer and I opted for a online submission because I preferred speaking to someone regarding my application like Kabi.
