Service none existent

I am hoping to get some assistants from Old Mutual as both my husband and I have been trying to go via the branches, calls and emails but we have had no assistance at all. All we want to do is change our banking details for a debit order but it seems we will have to cancel our policies as we are not getting any assistance.
