SERVICE IS THE WORST

i had 2 policies, the first one they did not pay me out as they should, now person NICKY JACOBS says "Mrs Smith, I do not process the payment myself, this is done by our processing centre" as they have done the 2nd error. they do not even have the decency to update a customer. They do not work as a team.. bad
