Service is not up to par

Good day,

I initiated the cash-out of a policy at Old Mutual on 14/06/24. Despite receiving an SMS confirming that everything is in order, I have yet to receive the funds a month later. I sent an email inquiring about the status of my transaction, but I have not received a response. This service has been extremely disappointing. Could you please provide an update on my transaction?
