Service is just bad

Why does dealing with you have to be Frustrating & a mission. I processed a withdrawal claim Monday morning & got my ref At 8:17am. I've been calling since Wednesday, holding for literally 15min, called again today but speak to no one. Only Yesterday I got an sms, I respond, I still don't know what is going on. I want my money paid ASAP.
