Service from HELL

I am very disappointed with the service I receive at Old Mutual. I submitted my claim in November when I lost my father, till today I have not received my payout. I had to borrow money to bury my father whereas I had a policy , all Old mutual is doing is sending me from pillar to post. I am so tired with this service.
