SERVICE EXCELLENCE FROM OLD MUTUAL

Old mutual has an excellent service, last month I lost my Mom, I made a claim around 9h00 in the morning in Durban offices , Pavilion, after 3hrs the money was into my account the same day, after 3 days they also sent me a voucher of R250 to buy groceries which was never an agreement but sending condolences, moreover they also refunded my one month premium.
