SERVICE DELIVERY POOR SINCE DEC2014

Please note that we are very disappointed by the service we are not receiving fro OLD MUTUAL insurance, we logged a repair since December 2014 and till today no one has come to fix our house.<br> I spoke to Merriam and she/ they promised that they will come through in Jan when they open but nothing happened. I called again and spoke to Nonzwakazi and still nothing happened, since December I'm Disappointed at the service I'm getting from such a huge company you. My house is not in order because of empty promises not met.
