A bad company to deal with always finding excuses to pay out clients, the claims never take your calls or emails, I urge anyone who has a policy to please go read your t & c this company old mutual has been doing a lot of clients down they find ways not to pay frustrate u till u want to give up, always ensure your policy is checked and read. I am awaiting an income claim since May and till date they finding every excuse not to pay me not taking into consideration the damages they are causing in poor lives of innocent clients. I URGE ALL DO NOT TAKE ANY POLICY WITH OLD MUTUAL U WILL NEVER BE PAID OUT
