Requested for a policy to be cancelled received a confirmation that it was cancelled however old mutual is still deducting my money they don't respond to emails whenever I enquire. I have been sending numerous emails and have provided all the proof no one is responding. When I contact them there's always high volume calls and they will take you from one department to another. I had a very bad bad experience until now my policy is not cancelled.
