Service at Old Mutual is terrible

The most useless company i have ever dealt with. I have been requesting some information regarding why my portfolio does not have a financial for almost a year and half and no one seem to have an answer. Second the portfolio itself has been performing so poorly and been told that to close it is going to cost me closer to R8000. This is a joke indeed. the staff are a joke.
