Selling of paid off loan
I'm very disappointed with old mutual. I took out a loan and settled the account in February 2026. I then received a call from a company called DMC and they told me that my loan was sold to them, I told them that I have no business or contract with them and that the loan in question was paid in full. The next thing the loan is added to my ITC profile with arrears and my credit score dropped. I'm so angry at their underhanded behaviour.
