Section 14 Transfer Ignoramus Maximus

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is one of the biggest and most pathetic companies I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.

If you have money invested with this *********** company, move it out now! The transaction may or may not be completed by the time one is dead or the end of the world has arrived.

Ask for a Section 14 transfer from them to another company, because of high administrative and transactional fees and sit back and wait to be "blue ticked" and ignored. Their competitors happily complete the transfer within two weeks of request. Two months later, still being ignored and purposely obstructed by this useless company. Customer service isn't something this company or staff understand.
