Section 14 nightmare
I have been with Old Mutual for 24 years and in May 2023 a section14 was requested. It has been just over two years and Old Mutual still has not transfered funds to the new RA financial institution. After numerous calls and emails, the latest reference number ***4 was given . No one at Old Mutual knows what is going on. H forms have been completed so many times that I can do it in my sleep and every time they just have another excuse. This is the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. The incompetence is on another level. I need answers. Two years to do a simple transfer of funds is totally unacceptable. Policy number ***0

This is ridiculous . Are there any lawyers on this platform that can give me guidance on how to proceed with this matter please. It seems that Old Mutual is just not interested in assisting me.
