Scoring criteria

Made a loan application at Old mutual call centre. Spoke to Toufiek Majiet. Im currently gully time employed and have 2 sides business. Upon application I was approved on Friday of which he said it will take a few hours. I called late friday afternoon to do a follow up and left a message. I called again on Monday morning of which ge ingormed me that my loan has now been declined due to extra expenses on my account. I explained that it was business transactions cant i add my business income as well. Its just unfair that expenses should be added on my business transaction but not the income from my business. He should have called me on friday so that I could gave made alternative arrangements over the weekend.
