They sent sms on 23rd May 2022 stating that my cash back will be paid within 3 working days on the 11th June I went to meyerton branch asked them where is my money they told me it was mistakenly sent into a closed account. How convenient, when theres a stop order from my account monthly paying them. the only way to get a refund is if I open a new save account with them ( obviously lying )and the money will be refunded within 7 days. It's been more than a month and m still waiting for my cashback
