I have been misquoted for a policy and have been cancelling it since Dec 2019. Instead of a refund, Old Mutual is still debiting the R517 for a R270 policy. Calling the customer care was USELESS, there are inconsistencies with every agent I speak to. One state that her system shows an amount of around R300, another says my cancellation and refund show on the system and doesn't understand how I'm still debited while I should be refunded 3 months of an unwanted policy. To say that I am annoyed is an understatement, I'm close to cancelling all my policies with them and go elsehwere.
