I'm angry at old mutual for the following terrible service:

1. Upon claiming i was told that the policy has reached the trial period only to find out that they have been debiting for the same deceased person even though i informed them of the passing. 2. My cashback bonus was never paid as promised. 3. They failed to debit my account and only recently sent me an sms informing about the lapse of my policy
