I took a loan at Old mutual and opted to pay for 48 months. The consultant who assisted me captured 60 months instead of 48 months but the amount that I'm paying is the one for 48 months. I requested the recording, they kept quite ever since. Sent several emails but still being ignored and they continue to debit my account. Old mutual is a ****.
