I took a consolidation loan opting to pay for 48 months but Old mutual debits my account for 60 months. When I request to listen to the recording they do not want to.

15 Mar 2022, 19:12In essence I took a loan of R150 000 and I'm going to pay it as R261704. 40 meaning that I'm going to pay interest of R111 704.40. This is R38 295.60 short to be R150 000. This is about 80% of the money that I have borrowed.
