**** !!! **** !!

Been trying to call old mutual group schemes from last week , on average I hold for over 25 minutes and still no answer. The weird thing is their sales lines answer in less than 10 sec , that’s all they care about . When it comes to claims they try to drag it for as long as possible or not pay at all . Why do we still ensure with this organisation though ? The reviews are bad , service is horrible and the TAT on anything is disappointing! I don’t know how many numbers I have tried , you speak to a machine the whole time ! The what’s thing is also a waste of time ! Then you get attitude when you speak to the agents , i hand now literally spend more money in trying to reach you than what I am insured for ?? Like really ... you guys can do better
