My mother submitted a claim on Friday, for a funeral that is set to be taking place tomorrow. No feedback- nothing. The customer service from Old Mutual has been nothing short of dispecable!! They'll gladly take your premiums but give you the run around when you need to claim. Cancel your policy before it's too late.

31 May 2022, 17:24This is unacceptable!! I submitted this claim in branch- if there were any issues, they could've been raised then. What must I do in the interim? How must I bury my mother? Then I'll have to wait a few days for this to be processed? I took this cover up with the hope of being able to bury my mother. When I need this cover to show up for me, it disappoints!! Disgusting.
