**** Investment

I have investment with Old Mutual for my kids Education which I started in 2014 by paying premiums every month, which have been going up every year. On the 15 March 2018 I contacted Old Mutual wanted to know how much was my investment balance at that date, shockingly the figure they gave me is way lower than the total premiums I have been paying to date, when I enquired about this the consultant I spoke to said she will escalate my query so that they can send me a statement showing a breakdown of my premiums in 3 working days. Till today I still have not received it or an explanation of why I have been investing for the past 4 years or so but I have not earned a cent of interest instead I have lost more than R1.6K. If I ask the consultants, according to their knowledge why this is happening, they say it does not make sense. When I spoke to the other consultant yesterday - 27/03/18 she promised me that her team leader will call me yesterday, it still has not happened. I would like to cancel this investment and Old Mutual must pay me back all my premiums plus a compensation that if I had put my money in the bank or other companies that understands what "investment" really means I would have earned some interest.
