I app**** for a loan on the 14 Sept. all documents were requested and submitted. I was then sent a contract for the loan to sign, which i signed and returned. I have been waiting and trying for 12 days, to get this loan deposited into my bank account, but the sales person who assisted me is avoiding me and being unprofessional. (He keeps telling me he is still busy with other clients, he will call me back, but he never replies emails or call back)

Please be warned about old mutual loans and their personnel, this could be a **** or a lack of professionalism from the Old Mutual staff. If you have a crisis and you need genuine help, do not use them. A promise to get your loan within 48hrs is not correct and a lie, please never apply for a loan with them for your own good or you might be sorry as i am today.

Please can they tell me what they have done with my personal documents sent to them and my personal information or they deposit the money ASAP.
