<p>My name is George Adams. Contract no ********** 42, Old Mutual Max Invest. 14 February 2017</p> <p>I've been in this dead policy for 4years. It hasn't grown at all. I have brought it to your company's attention in the first year already. The financial advisor changed it twice, but still no growth, no profit. I gave it more time and after 4 years still nothing. I went to client services to find out what the full amount is which is R114900. And they can only give me back R10993,36. I am NOT IMPRESSED. I HAVE BEEN IN THIS POLICY FOR 4 YEARS!!! I feel like going to all forms of media to broadcast how bad my service with Old Mutual is. I am so upset, I am a retired pensioner and i am putting this money away for later. Now all Old Mutual is doing is giving me the run around, this is not the discussion with the advisor. This was not stated by the advisor when he took my hard earned money. The amount that was promised to this pennies, I am so disappointed and angry. Old mutual now wants to give me less money than what I put in. Utter disappointment and disgrace. </p> <p>The advisors can't wait to sign up someone just to get commission and then its radio silence.</p> <p>I hope this matter gets your attention so it can be resolved.
