savings pay out, OLD MUTUAL NO ASSISTANCE

Old mutual 05/10/2015 I called today and spoke to Nambitha.N agent advised she can see they working on it and i advised i want to speak to a supervisor Irfaan K , basically i was told that Old mutual can do nothing but add a note on the system to help me speed up the process of a refund. well my broker submitted all the documentation required. I don't see how a big financial services in South Africa cannot help me out as they quick to take my policy money every month but they cant pay out when its required. how can you guys take 7-15 business days. i would not cash in savings if it was not needed ASAP!!!!!! and i get told by Irfaan a so called supervisor if its still in the lee time OM will do about the situation so i can Hello peter... Seriously how great...... i want management to call me and actually listen to the call. because i recorded it on my side too... DISGUSTING!!!<br>
