SARS says the insurer is claiming an incorrect amount

As per previous complaint I received some assistance to the end that SARS says Old Mutual is claiming an incorrect amount from them... I do not understand how can this be if they are the insurer then they ought to know the exact amount unless of cause if there is some funny business that is happening in the background.
