Sales consultants lying
I got a call from an Old Mutual sales representative by the name of Sizo Nxumalo under false pretences of saying he is reviewing my policies but instead he tried to open a new policy for me without my knowledge. I’m very disappointed in this as a client who has been with Old Mutual for over 10 years.
