Sad loyalty. No cash backs

So I had funeral policy and life insurance for almost over 5 years, premium R89. And life insurance R508.. Can I tell you' I went to cancel my policies and it happens that for sooo many years being a loyal client, I can't even get a dime of what I paid, no cash back or anything of sort.. It was sad and heartbreaking.. To think of so much money I have invested with them.. Not even 500 cash back return.. Wow
