****s poor service from old Mutual Superfund

Old Mutual is giving the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been struggling to get them to re allocate my provident fund monies internally from one superfund account to another. Every time I follow up I get to told of a different issue that's causing the delay and I am being asked to provide the same information over and over again, no one knows what is required The managers at the call center seem to be making up the requirements as the go. This is absolutely the bad service. I have been hung up on a couple of time to add to that.
