Run away from OLD MUTUAL

Old mutual insurance company is a disappointment... At a time when one is bereaved they are not there to deliver their end of the deal.

My brother in law's policy (who has been with old mutual for years) is not paid out since last week Thursday the widow going up n down to their offices with no help.

I contacted their offices today the ladies I spoke to could not help saying there is only one person responsible for making payments and that person has gone home, asked for their manager who also has gone home.

It's nice when they sell you a policy and they are never late to deduct our monies but when they have to pay they take their time not sympathetic to the bereaved person.

The widow has to stress about losing a husband and also not having money to do funeral arrangements. What cruelty is this from a company who is dealing with people at the most painful time of their lives..
