Run around given-incorrect tax taken

<p>My Mom has been incorrectly advised by Old Mutual and subsequently over taxed on the withdrawl of her preservation fund. On contacting Old Mutual, they simply said that it was SARS that did not issue the correct directive, and on contacting SARS, I was told that they simply process the directive on the information provided my Old Mutual. SARS advised that i take this up with Old Mutual. Again, on contacting Old Mutual, was advised that they cannot assist I need to take it up with SARS.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now trying to do her tax return, and SARS have advised that the tax directive was not submitted by Old Mutual and that i need to contact them</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous and unacceptable that no one is willing to take responsibility or assist me.</p>
