Rude Staff, Unprofessional Service and Ridiculous Procedures

<p>If I could sum up old mutual in one word it would be pathetic! Calling through to their call centre is a traumatic experience, the staff are so rude and they just speak over you. My dad recently passed away and trying to work with these people is impossible, they don't explain anything properly! Every consultant you speak to tells you something different and best of all they want to know your whole life story before they even try and assist you. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, their premiums are much higher than other insurers and there service is way below! </p>
