Rude staff member

Yesterday l received a bad service l was at the branch old mutual Mandeni mall...by the name of Khethiwe. Someone opened a funeral policy under my name so l was there to enquire and she was so rude in a way that l had to fill the form and there were things that l did not understand so l asked her to help me she said she doesnt know. Even some information l was asking she kept asking me how is she suppose to know all of that while she is infront of the computer. I asked her if there is a manager in that branch she ignored me l asked her maybe 3times that was when she answered yes. I then asked her to call her for me she ignored till she went there after a while and the manager came she apologised on her behalf and she asked me to write everything l decided not to.
