Rude Sales Consultant

Yesterday afternoon I got a call from one of Old Mutual's agents, she was offering me Life Cover of which I told her I had and that I was not interested. She proceeded to tell me that I probably had funeral cover and most likely didn't know that the difference between the two was.

I asked her who told her that I didn't know that the difference between the two was. This was undoubtedly my biggest mistake, because she went on a tangent of which I just hung up my phone.

No customer wants to have their intelligence undermined by some poorly trained sales rep.
