Rude receptionist from Benoni Branch

I'm not satisfied with the service I'm getting from Old Mutual. I took the Life cover policy and i haven't received policy documents. I called on the 27 October 2023, i was advised policy documents are sent but till now i haven't received them.

This morning i called at Benoni Branch hoping I'm might get assistance. First when i called the call was dropped. i called again immediately and the lady by the name of Thembisile Khumalo said "JA" when she answered the phone. i asked is this how she greet client and then she said is there anything i can help you with. She never apologized for not greeting and when i asked why she is not greeting she asked me if she can help me. I'm so disappoint, i wasn't expecting such service from Old Mutual.

It would have been better if she apologized however she doesn't see anything wrong
